Included in every project and for one full year after project kickoff, Perception Partners professionals remain available to address follow-up questions as they inevitably arise. Interactive Discovery Databases
Project data and analytics are contained in Interactive Discovery Databases custom-built for each engagement. Databases contain cleaned, categorized and ranked documents that support our screening analyses. Database data is made available to clients via online reviews, in Excel files, in projects/folders within other online IP tools, as RSS feeds, or in other convenient forms. Databases are designed to be easily annotated and updated on a periodic basis for monitoring purposes.
Negotiated Terms
Perception Partners may be asked to bring buyers and sellers together. Deliverables in these cases are executed term sheets. Term sheets contain the framework of financial, IP and other contractual obligations of all parties. Perception Partners then works shoulder to shoulder with client counsel to ensure term sheets evolve into closed contracts that deliver on business objectives.
