Perception Partners Predicts Pivotal Verdict in Kinetic Concepts vs. BlueSky

Atlanta, Georgia, August 4, 2006 - Perception Partners,® experts in rapid research, transaction and consulting services for intellectual property (IP) stakeholders, announced today that it predicted Kinetic Concepts’ (KCI) recent loss of a high-stakes patent infringement lawsuit more than eight months prior to the verdict.
